What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Stripe, and soon TWINT (Switzerland). All payments are 100% secure.

Can I modify or cancel my order after confirming it?

Orders are processed quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 5 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in production.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Switzerland, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada .

What are the delivery times?

  • Switzerland, France & Germany: 3–8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 4–9 business days
  • Canada: 6–11 business days

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Are your items limited edition?

Yes. Each JaOcCo design is produced in limited quantities and will not be reissued. When an item sells out, it will disappear from the store permanently.

What items cannot be returned?

Worn, washed or damaged items cannot be returned.

Do you have an ecological commitment?

Yes. Our premium T-shirts are made from organic cotton. Plus, for every item purchased, we fund the planting of a tree through the One Tree Planted charity.
