1. Introduction

This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on jaocco.ch and jaocco.com.
It complements our Privacy Policy (RISC-V7) and applies to all visitors, regardless of region.

JaOcCo:

  • respects the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal for automatic opt-out.

🇨🇦 Canada — PIPEDA

We clearly state the purposes of data collection and obtain appropriate consent under PIPEDA.
Users may refuse non-essential cookies; essential ones are unaffected.

🇦🇺 Australia — Privacy Act 1988 / Australian Privacy Principles

We follow the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs): transparency on cookies, advertising purposes, and any possible overseas transfers.
